I'm Matt Goodman — Staff Software Engineer at Setpoint, where I build the infrastructure powering asset-backed lending at scale. My background spans computer vision research at ByteDance, leading engineering teams for AI-powered products, building software platforms, and full-stack development across fintech and enterprise SaaS.

I got my MS in Computer Science from Penn, where I focused on computer vision and deep learning. Before that, I spent two years at Qualtrics building full-stack products at scale.

Outside of engineering I train to compete in golf tournaments (trained by my custom 0golf AI assistant) — I like to organize my run club @slowbigboys, train hard, and take things that are completely unserious entirely seriously.
